We understand... We understand that you don’t have two hours a day to spend in the gym. We understand that you have other priorities such as family, work and life. We understand that time is a limited resource and that is why we strive to create efficient workouts for you. Our fitness training is needs based, no frills, straight to the point. We teach you to train what needs to be worked and the proper intensity of training, and you too will understand once you experience the difference. Our personal training takes place in our intimate, state-of-the art studio space where you will experience what it is like to be coached by TRUE fitness PROFESSIONALS. Because we believe this format is the most effective way to train, most of our instruction is one-on-one or in small groups. A one on one or small group format allows for the highest level of professional supervision and fitness coaching and ultimately the best results. We understand that professional experience takes years to develop and that is why we use the most experienced professional trainers in the industry. To help maintain motivation, and to address individual fitness goals, we also hold group exercise classes on-premises and (weather permitting) outside. Private in-home personal training, fitness coaching and home gym design services are also available. |
