We understand that you don’t have two hours a day to spend in the gym. We understand that you have other priorities such as family, work and life. We understand that time is a limited resource and that is why we strive to create efficient workouts for you. Our fitness training is needs based, no frills, straight to the point. We understand how your body should function and we teach you to train what needs to be worked and the proper intensity of training, and you too will understand once you experience the difference. Our personal training takes place in our intimate, state-of-the art studio space where you will experience what it is like to be coached by TRUE fitness PROFESSIONALS. We are not a typical gym. We understand the most effective ways to exercise to improve your fitness while reducing your risk of injury. Our instruction is one-on-one or in small groups which allows for the highest level of professional supervision and individualized attention and ultimately optimum results. We understand that professional experience takes years to develop and that is why we have partnered with professional trainers who have decades of practical experience.
